ASPIRING CONSTITUENCY CHAIRMAN ASSURES NDC OF HISTORIC WIN IN NKAWKAW

An aspiring chairman for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Nkawkaw Constituency of the Eastern Region, Mr Bakira Tahiru, has called on the delegates and the party faithful to vote massively for him to win the chairmanship position of the constituency assuring NDC of historic win in Nkawkaw in the 2028 general election.

An aspiring chairman for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Nkawkaw Constituency of the Eastern Region, Mr Bakira Tahiruhas called on delegates and the party faithful to vote massively for him so he can win the constituency chairmanship position and assure the NDC of a historic win in Nkawkaw in the 2028 general election.

Mr Bakira Tahiru gave this assurance after successfully submitting his nomination forms at the Nkawkaw constituency party office to contest the upcoming chairmanship position.

He promised that he and his supporters would run a clean campaign, free from insults and violence. Consequently, he advised supporters of other aspirants to do the same, emphasizing that the party must remain united both during and after the elections.

He stressed that internal elections should strengthen rather than divide the party, highlighting the critical importance of unity, discipline, and teamwork in rebuilding the NDC in Nkawkaw.

He indicated that internal elections are not about empty rhetoric and shouting, but rather hard work. Having dedicated himself tirelessly to the party, he expressed hope that the delegates would reward his efforts by voting massively for him.

He also pointed out that he has positively impacted many lives within the constituency and remains optimistic about winning the election to make the party more attractive, especially to non-party members.

Moreover, Mr. Tahiru called for unity and mutual understanding among members, noting that achieving the party's aims and objectives would be extremely difficult without solidarity.

According to him, preparations for the 2028 elections must begin at the constituency level to successfully contribute to the party’s national electoral victory.
