SOIREENEWS ADVERTISING REVENUE POLICY

Effective Date: 01-01-2019

Last Updated: 06-28-2026

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY

This Advertising Revenue Policy establishes the terms, conditions, rights, obligations, and operational procedures governing all advertising services offered through the SoireeNews Platform. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that advertising conducted through SoireeNews is transparent, lawful, ethical, and beneficial to readers, advertisers, authors, publishers, and the Platform as a whole. This Policy also establishes the framework governing advertising revenue generation, revenue sharing, payment processing, advertiser responsibilities, advertising standards, and compliance requirements applicable to all advertising activities conducted through SoireeNews.

Because advertising revenue supports the operation, maintenance, editorial development, technological infrastructure, and author monetization programs of SoireeNews, every advertiser, agency, sponsor, business partner, publisher, and participating author is expected to comply fully with this Policy. By purchasing advertising, participating in sponsored content programs, or receiving advertising revenue through SoireeNews, all parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Advertising Revenue Policy.

ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE OF THE POLICY

This Policy applies to every advertisement, sponsored campaign, promotional placement, affiliate advertisement, display advertisement, banner advertisement, native advertisement, video advertisement, newsletter advertisement, mobile advertisement, search advertisement, promotional article, branded content campaign, and every other advertising product or service made available through the SoireeNews Platform.

The Policy applies equally to advertisers, advertising agencies, marketing firms, sponsors, publishers, authors participating in monetization, affiliate partners, and any third party that purchases or distributes advertisements through SoireeNews. Compliance with this Policy is mandatory regardless of the size, duration, value, or geographic location of the advertising campaign.

ARTICLE 3 – ADVERTISING PRINCIPLES

SoireeNews is committed to maintaining the confidence of its readers by ensuring that advertising is conducted honestly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable laws and recognized advertising standards. Advertising must never compromise editorial independence or mislead readers regarding the distinction between independent journalism and paid promotional content.

Every advertisement published through SoireeNews should be truthful, capable of substantiation, and presented in a manner that allows readers to recognize when content is sponsored or promotional. Advertisers are expected to provide accurate information regarding the products, services, organizations, or events being promoted and must not intentionally omit material information that could mislead consumers.

Editorial decisions shall remain independent of advertising relationships. No advertiser shall receive editorial control over news reporting, investigative journalism, or editorial opinions as a condition of purchasing advertising.

ARTICLE 4 – ELIGIBILITY TO ADVERTISE

Any individual, business, organization, educational institution, government agency, charitable organization, or other lawful entity may apply to advertise through SoireeNews, subject to approval by the Company. Acceptance of advertising is entirely at the discretion of SoireeNews and may be based upon legal compliance, editorial standards, technical requirements, business considerations, reputational factors, or other reasonable criteria.

Advertisers may be required to provide identifying information, business registration documents, tax information, payment information, proof of authorization, product licenses, regulatory approvals, or other documentation necessary to verify eligibility. SoireeNews reserves the right to refuse advertising from any applicant whose products, services, or business practices are inconsistent with applicable laws or Platform policies.

Approval of one advertising campaign does not guarantee approval of future campaigns. Every advertisement is subject to independent review.

ARTICLE 5 – ADVERTISING REVIEW PROCESS

All advertisements submitted to SoireeNews may undergo editorial, legal, technical, and compliance review before publication. The purpose of this review is to ensure that advertisements comply with applicable laws, Platform policies, advertising standards, consumer protection requirements, intellectual property rights, and technical specifications.

During the review process, SoireeNews may request revisions, supporting documentation, evidence substantiating advertising claims, regulatory approvals, product certifications, licensing information, or any additional materials reasonably necessary to evaluate compliance. Advertisers are expected to cooperate fully during the review process.

Submission of advertising materials does not guarantee acceptance. SoireeNews reserves the unrestricted right to reject, suspend, remove, or modify advertising campaigns that fail to satisfy Platform requirements or create legal, reputational, or operational risks.

ARTICLE 6 – ADVERTISING REVENUE MODEL

SoireeNews generates revenue through multiple advertising products designed to support both the Platform and participating authors. Advertising revenue may be derived from display advertising, native advertising, sponsored content, newsletter advertising, video advertising, mobile advertising, affiliate partnerships, direct sponsorship agreements, premium promotional placements, branded campaigns, and other advertising opportunities offered by the Platform.

Revenue generated through advertising supports the continued development of SoireeNews, including technology infrastructure, editorial operations, customer support, cybersecurity, content moderation, legal compliance, payment processing, marketing, and the Author Monetization Program. A portion of eligible advertising revenue may be allocated to participating authors in accordance with the SoireeNews Author Monetization Policy.

The specific methods used to calculate advertising revenue remain proprietary and may be modified by SoireeNews from time to time to reflect changes in advertising markets, technology, business operations, or industry standards.

ARTICLE 7 – AUTHOR REVENUE SHARING

Eligible authors who participate in the SoireeNews Author Monetization Program may receive a share of advertising revenue generated through qualifying content published on the Platform. Participation in revenue sharing is subject to compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Community Standards, Author Monetization Policy, Copyright Policy, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable Platform requirements.

Advertising revenue allocated to authors may be influenced by a variety of factors, including legitimate article views, reader engagement, advertiser demand, geographic audience characteristics, advertising inventory availability, campaign performance, content quality, and other proprietary performance indicators determined by SoireeNews.

Participation in the Author Monetization Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture between the author and SoireeNews. Revenue sharing remains a discretionary business program governed by separate monetization policies and subject to ongoing compliance with Platform requirements.

ARTICLE 8 – EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE

The credibility of SoireeNews depends upon maintaining a clear separation between editorial decision-making and commercial interests. Advertising relationships shall not influence editorial judgments regarding news coverage, investigative reporting, fact-checking, corrections, or editorial opinions.

Advertisers may not require favorable news coverage, suppression of unfavorable reporting, editorial endorsement, or modification of independent journalism as a condition of purchasing advertising. Likewise, authors and editors shall not permit advertising relationships to influence the accuracy, fairness, or integrity of news reporting.

Sponsored content, native advertising, paid promotions, and other commercial materials shall be clearly identified using labels such as "Sponsored," "Advertisement," "Paid Promotion," or other disclosures reasonably designed to inform readers that the content constitutes advertising rather than independent editorial journalism. SoireeNews reserves the right to determine the placement, format, design, and disclosure requirements applicable to all advertising content in order to preserve reader trust and maintain compliance with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

ARTICLE 9 – PROHIBITED ADVERTISEMENTS

To preserve reader confidence, maintain editorial integrity, and comply with applicable laws, SoireeNews prohibits advertisements that are unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise inconsistent with the standards of the Platform. Every advertisement submitted for publication must accurately represent the product, service, organization, or event being promoted and must not omit material information that could reasonably mislead consumers.

Advertisements promoting counterfeit goods, fraudulent investment opportunities, phishing schemes, identity theft, malware, unauthorized software, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, illegal drugs, unlawful financial services, or other illegal activities shall not be accepted. Likewise, advertisements that encourage violence, discrimination, hate speech, harassment, terrorism, human trafficking, or criminal conduct are strictly prohibited.

SoireeNews also reserves the right to reject advertisements that contain obscene material, explicit adult content, deceptive pricing practices, manipulated testimonials, fabricated customer reviews, undisclosed endorsements, or unsupported scientific or medical claims. Acceptance of advertising remains entirely at the discretion of SoireeNews, and the Company may reject or remove advertisements that present legal, ethical, reputational, or operational risks, even if such advertisements might otherwise be lawful.

ARTICLE 10 – POLITICAL ADVERTISING

Political advertising carries heightened responsibilities because of its potential impact on democratic processes and public trust. Accordingly, SoireeNews requires political advertisers to comply fully with all applicable election laws, campaign finance regulations, advertising laws, disclosure requirements, and any other legal obligations applicable within the jurisdictions where advertisements are displayed.

Political advertisements must clearly identify the sponsoring individual, organization, campaign committee, political party, or other responsible entity. Advertisements must not intentionally misrepresent candidates, election procedures, voting requirements, polling locations, election dates, or other information that could reasonably interfere with the lawful exercise of voting rights.

SoireeNews reserves the right to require additional documentation, verification, legal certifications, or regulatory approvals before accepting political advertisements. The Company may suspend, reject, or remove political advertising whenever it reasonably believes that publication would violate applicable laws, create substantial legal risk, or materially undermine the integrity of the Platform or public confidence in democratic institutions.

Acceptance of political advertising shall not constitute endorsement of any candidate, political party, government official, ballot initiative, or political position.

ARTICLE 11 – HEALTH AND MEDICAL ADVERTISING

Advertisements relating to healthcare, medicine, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, wellness products, medical devices, healthcare providers, or other health-related services must comply with all applicable health, consumer protection, and advertising laws. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all medical and health-related claims are truthful, evidence-based, substantiated, and presented in a manner that does not mislead consumers.

Advertisements may not claim that a product cures, prevents, diagnoses, or treats medical conditions unless such claims are legally authorized and supported by competent scientific evidence. Testimonials, before-and-after photographs, endorsements, and success stories must accurately represent typical results where required by law and may not exaggerate likely outcomes.

SoireeNews reserves the right to require supporting clinical evidence, regulatory approvals, product registrations, or additional documentation before approving health-related advertising. Advertisements promoting unsafe medical practices, fraudulent treatments, counterfeit medications, unapproved pharmaceuticals, or dangerous health misinformation shall not be accepted.

Publication of health-related advertisements does not constitute medical advice, endorsement, or recommendation by SoireeNews.

ARTICLE 12 – FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, AND CRYPTOCURRENCY ADVERTISING

Advertisements promoting financial services, investment opportunities, insurance products, securities, real estate investments, lending services, banking products, cryptocurrency platforms, blockchain services, digital assets, or similar financial products must comply with all applicable financial regulations and consumer protection laws.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that financial claims are accurate, balanced, and supported by appropriate disclosures regarding material risks. Advertisements must not guarantee profits, promise unrealistic investment returns, conceal investment risks, or otherwise mislead consumers regarding potential financial outcomes.

Cryptocurrency advertisements may be subject to additional review procedures due to the evolving regulatory environment and the volatility associated with digital assets. SoireeNews may require evidence of licensing, regulatory registration, legal authorization, or other documentation demonstrating compliance with applicable laws before accepting such advertisements.

The Company reserves the right to reject financial advertisements that pose unacceptable legal, reputational, or consumer-protection risks, even if such advertisements otherwise comply with applicable law.

ARTICLE 13 – ALCOHOL, GAMBLING, AND AGE-RESTRICTED PRODUCTS

Advertisements promoting alcohol, gambling, gaming, tobacco products, nicotine products, cannabis-related products where lawful, firearms where legally permissible, or other age-restricted products or services shall be accepted only where permitted by applicable law and approved by SoireeNews.

Advertisers must ensure that such advertisements comply with all age-verification requirements, licensing obligations, geographic restrictions, mandatory disclosures, and industry-specific regulations. Advertisements must not target minors, encourage irresponsible consumption, glorify excessive use, or promote unlawful activities.

SoireeNews may apply additional restrictions regarding placement, audience targeting, timing, frequency, and content presentation for age-restricted advertising. The Company reserves the right to prohibit certain categories of age-restricted advertisements entirely where necessary to protect users, maintain Platform integrity, or reduce legal exposure.

ARTICLE 14 – MISLEADING AND DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING

Maintaining reader confidence requires that all advertising be truthful, transparent, and substantiated. Advertisements must not contain false statements, material omissions, deceptive pricing, manipulated testimonials, fabricated endorsements, misleading comparisons, hidden conditions, or other practices likely to mislead a reasonable consumer.

Advertisers shall not falsely imply endorsement by SoireeNews, government agencies, news organizations, celebrities, public officials, or other third parties without appropriate authorization. Product demonstrations, performance claims, customer reviews, ratings, certifications, guarantees, and statistical information must accurately reflect the facts and comply with applicable advertising standards.

Where advertisements involve limited-time offers, discounts, promotional pricing, warranties, or guarantees, all material terms and conditions must be clearly disclosed. SoireeNews reserves the right to require revisions, supporting documentation, or removal of any advertisement that appears misleading, deceptive, or inconsistent with consumer protection principles.

ARTICLE 15 – SPONSORED CONTENT AND NATIVE ADVERTISING

SoireeNews recognizes that sponsored content and native advertising may provide value to readers when presented transparently and responsibly. To preserve editorial integrity, all sponsored content must be clearly identified through disclosures reasonably designed to inform readers that the content has been paid for or sponsored by an advertiser.

Appropriate disclosure labels may include, but are not limited to, "Sponsored," "Sponsored Content," "Advertisement," "Paid Promotion," "Partner Content," or other terminology approved by SoireeNews. Such disclosures should be prominent, clear, and readily understandable to an ordinary reader.

Sponsored content must comply with the same standards of accuracy, legality, intellectual property compliance, and consumer protection applicable to all other advertising. Advertisers may not influence or control independent editorial decisions beyond the scope of the sponsored content agreement. Editorial independence remains a fundamental principle of the SoireeNews Platform.

ARTICLE 16 – AFFILIATE MARKETING AND REFERRAL PROGRAMS

SoireeNews may permit affiliate marketing and referral programs where such activities comply with applicable laws, advertising regulations, consumer protection requirements, and Platform policies. Authors and publishers participating in affiliate marketing must disclose material financial relationships with merchants, advertisers, or affiliate networks whenever required by applicable law or recognized industry standards.

Affiliate links, referral commissions, sponsored recommendations, product endorsements, and similar commercial relationships must be disclosed clearly and prominently so that readers understand the nature of the financial relationship. Authors should provide honest opinions and should not make recommendations solely because of potential financial compensation.

Affiliate marketing may not be used to promote fraudulent products, counterfeit goods, unlawful services, deceptive investment schemes, misleading health products, or any product or service prohibited under this Advertising Revenue Policy. SoireeNews reserves the right to review affiliate arrangements, require additional disclosures, suspend affiliate activities, remove affiliate content, or terminate participation in affiliate programs where necessary to protect readers, advertisers, or the integrity of the Platform.
