Not every dog that howls at you has stones thrown at it, Stonebwoy

This follows a long-running dispute that has reached a court of law between media investor Baba Sadiq Abdulai Abu and dancehall artist Stonebwoy.

A police complaint has been made against the artist by Baba Sadiq. In an interview with Andy Dosty for Daybreak Hitz, the musician addressed threats and accusations of defamation directed at him by both internet users and Bada Sadiq.

"Every dog who barks at you does not get a bark in return. Not every dog that barks at you gets stones thrown at it. But there are some pets that you just have to deal with."

But he explained, pointing out that some people had said he couldn't follow up on the matter because of their friendship. "We began by discussing the origins of reputations.

Some things you just cannot ignore due to the source and the type of purpose they have," he continued. To persuade him to talk, he further compared the current state of affairs to a prearranged agenda.

"Pay close attention to what I've said so far today and consider the progression." It indicates to you that their actions are part of a larger scheme. But all I can do is stand here and tell the truth. That's all there is to it.

"As I already stated, you cannot simply follow everyone. Individuals go overboard on Twitter."

In addition, he urged internet users to read the tweets for themselves and offer helpful feedback while he fought to uphold his reputation.

"This needs to be cleaned up and handled carefully. I beg you to read the tweets so you can realise how bad things are and how important it is to restore such a respectable brand as Stonebwoy," he continued.
