Tyla gets a double win at the 24th BET Awards

Megan Thee Stallion opened the show with an electrifying rendition of BOA and Where Them Girls At, laying the groundwork for an amazing evening.

Music legend Usher received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his remarkable contributions to the business.

The homage was a musical spectacular with a medley of his classics performed by an all-star lineup that included Chlöe Bailey, Childish Gambino, KeKe Palmer, and others.

Usher also won the award for Best Male R&B/Pop Artist.

Rising artists Shaboozey, Tanner Adell, and Tyla made an impression on the BET Awards stage, demonstrating their talent and style.

Will Smith returned to music with the upbeat tune "You Can Make It," which features Kirk Franklin and the Sunday Service Choir.

The night was filled with exciting performances, including Victoria Monet's show-stopping act, which earned her first BET Award and left the audience in awe.
