The omanhene of Nkusukukum Traditional Council Nana Okese Essandoh IX has revealed that he can never forget the pain of some ritualists who were caught doing rituals on the Yamoransah Highway has caused him.

Nana in an interview with soireenews explained that the ritualists were caught doing rituals hence customary rites must be done to prevent any bad omen again since his own uncle has joined his ancestors out of that rituals.

The Yamoransah Manhene stated that all that the ritualists said before the Mankessim  Circuit court today Monday 7th February 2022 when the suspects appeared before her ladyship Gloria N.A Laryea were lies, he stressed that they performed the rituals to the extent of reaching the mouthpiece of their gods  ( pusuban) as well as the doorstep of his own uncle who is now deceased.

" They did the rituals at " Yamoransah KoKwaado Pusuban", my uncle's doorstep, Cape Coast - Accra Highway and  Cape Coast -Assin Fosu Highway, they did it in a triangular form and we demand their customary rite", he disclosed to Soireenews Reporter.

Meanwhile, the Akwamuhene of  Nkusukum Traditional Council and Ohenpayin for Duadze and opim Nana Afful Odontwey lX continued that, if it wasn't Yamoransah but a different town, what the suspects did on the road were caught real handedly could have ended their life.

He said the suspects were charged to bring one cow with 2000ghc, three, a flock of sheep, 500ghc each, three cocks, and three bottles of schnapps.

He lamented that 28th January 2022 was the day set to revoke the ritual curses from the highways and the Yamoransah town, he said, he don't even know how that spiritual issue landed in court.

He said he was so disappointed when the suspects didn't bring in they were even sent to the traditional council where they confirmed being ritualists.

"We waited for them on the said date but they didn't come, only to hear the case is in court".

The case has been adjourned to 28th February  2022 but nananom needs the items to deal with the spiritual part of the matter.
