Togbega Patamia Dzekley VII Is Still Legally Installed Battor Paramount Chief–Kingmakers Warn Michael Korsi Hottor
In a strong worded press statement signed and issued by the principal kingmakers of Battor, which was copied to the Soireenews.com, the kingmakers have warned the public to be wary of Michael Korsi Hottor who is parading himself as the Paramount Stool Father of the Dzekley Royal House of the Battor Traditional Area.

Principal kingmakers and accredited elders of the Battor Paramount Royal Stool in the North Tongu District of the Volta Region, have stated that the Paramount Chief of Battor Traditional Area, Togbega Patamia Dzekley VII has not been destooled as being claimed in the wide spread media publication by Mr Micheal Korsi Hottor.

They explained that Michael Korsi Hottor has been removed by the kingmakers and elders of the area for wrong doings.
They argued that it is erroneous for the removed stool father to claim to be the legitimate stool father of the Dzekley Royal House of the Battor Traditional Area who is now causing unnecessary confusion in the area which has resulted to lost of lives of five people at Battor township recently.
They called on the Minister of Interior, Peace Council and the Volta Region House of Chiefs to restrain Michael Korsi Hottor and his hoodlums from unleashing further terror on the people of Battor so that the needed peace and order will prevail.
