Immigration Officer Meets his Untimely Death as Building Collapsed on Him.
Police Service and Immigration Service to rescue him from the rubble but unfortunately, he died even before he was rescued.

An immigration officer posted at Elubo by name of Francis Amankwa has met his untimely death as the building he lives in collapses on him at Elubo in the Jomoro District of the Western Region.
The incident happened on Saturday dawn 16th July 2022 as a result of a heavy downpour which led to the collapse of the building the deceased was sleeping in out of the neighbor's wall which caved in and hit the room he was living in and sleeping in the night.
It took personnel from the Ghana Fire Service, Police Service, and Immigration Service to rescue him from the rubble but unfortunately, he died even before he was rescued.
His body had been deposited at the Ekwie Hospital mortuary for autopsy.
Speaking with the Landlord, Issaka Kibbina Adu said, the late immigration officer lost his life out of the collapse of the building he was living in through a neighbor's house which also collapsed and hit the deceased room.
