Ghanaian Pens A Strong Message To Black Stars Coach And Technical As Handlers Ahead Of AFCON 2024 Tournament

A REALIST politician who doubles Spokesperson for Friends of Rawlings, Mr Ibrahim Hardi Landlord has sent a strong message to the Ghana's national football team coach, Mr Chris Hughton and technical handlers for the upcoming 2024 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament in Cote D'Ivoire.

However, after the announcement of final squad for the AFCON 2024 tournament,Mr Ibrahim Hardi Landlord penned down a strong message the coach and the technical handlers, and stated that lot of blackstars supporters are very disappointed in "you in our previous matches selections. "

Below is the letter to the Coach 

OPEN LETTER TO GHANA BLACKSTARS COACH AND TECHNICAL HANDLERS AS WE ARE HEADING TO AFCON 2024 TOURNAMENT. 

Sorry to say,a lot of blackstars supporters are very disappointed in you in our previous matches selections. 

Hope's of most people were high at your appointment as the blackstars coach but got bored in you for not bringing their beloved national team back to the expected glory days performance. 

At this period where talents are abundant,most people would have thought,no country in Africa would have match us in the field,Comoros roasted us twice. 

Coaches like Jones Attukofio,Isaac Paha,Sly Tetteh and others without much compared those days to these days surprised a lot of well meaning supporters and well meaning Ghanaians football observers. 

Was it that,those great coaches were having the country at heart and bold enough to take decisions for themselves by looking for best qualities of players that is best fit to help them gave us proud and joy without looking at what they would have gain? 

These days,we have coaches and football administrators with big certificates of football and other things attached to it and one sometimes  just wonder the kind of training most of them went through to have such certification. 

Game of football as we all know has not change from one football to two footballs in the field of play. Football match is play with 11 players from each team. 

Every footballer has a quality. A quality that should support other players in the field of play. Every player put in the field of play is expected some kind of delivery in the field of play to support the team to enable it win matches. 

These days and era,you see a football player and you can't just imagine why he is called a footballer. No any better qualities and strength that one can just point at but yet coaches and football  administrators with big certificates doesn't see anything wrong with their performance when it's very obvious to the ordinary team supporters.

 Coaches and football administrators put pieces together in national teams to get the needed results. The pieces are simple transitions in football which are 1. Attack 2. Defense 3. Attack to defense and 4. Defense to attack.

 The above are just movements of players in the field of play when having ball or not having ball. You  guide the players to the perfection of how to win matches,if you are not able to do that,that is the main reason why coaches are always sack living players. 

Some believed corruption and favoritism had blindfolded most right thinking handlers of football teams coaches, technical teams handlers and football administrators. Favoritism and corruption had eaten into football management teams and football administrators.

We are told,most of them hire coaches and fire coaches.They are hired and fired leaving the very players Why it's always so? Coaches play an important role in bringing the qualities of footballers in team together. In certain club levels,some coaches are giving the free role to look for certain player or players he needs to uplift his team. 

In national teams,coaches are expected to bring the talents available in that country both home and abroad to put the pieces together. It's not about which team you are playing for but the qualities needed in the team to put the pieces together. 

In playing football qualities such as pace, dribbling,shots,quick thinking passes, long range shots and passes, movements, recovery,inter positional changes and many others are some qualities every right and well meaning coaches looks for to have a very solid team.

 With the above qualities you put the pieces together to have a solid team. 

Some are with the opinion that some coaches hands are tired to what the football administrators instruct them to do to keep their jobs-from players call ups to players selection for football matches. 

But when things gets wrong for a team performance,coaches are to blame. 

It's very obvious in the blackstars team players call ups and selection for football matches, certain players doesn't have the needed qualities to be in the blackstars not to talk of playing matches. 

Most of them are in the team for only God knows and better players are left off. 

As you and your technical team handlers gave us the 27 man squad today for the Afcon 2024 in Cote D'ivoire,we expect a solid team for matches to enable us win the tournament.

 Some of us were children when Ghana last lifted it in 1982,we are now with gray hairs and need it badly to cure our curiousity.

Ghana blackstars supporters deserve better!
