Help Me Flush Out  Landguards At Suhum Kyekyewere. Okunini Kwame Gyebi Ababio Appeals To National Security Agencies

The people of kyekyewere, a farming community which lies between Teacher Mante and Apedwa, in the Ayensuano constituency, of the Eastern Region, were full of joy with the installation of a new Chief of the town, Okonini Kwame Gyebi Ababio, over the weekend.

His installation comes at a time when the menace of the landguard is rearing its head in the community.
In his inaugural address to the people and kingmakers of the town, Okonini Kwame Gyebi Ababio pledged his resolve to bring unification to all his subjects.

He promised to establish a modern market at Kyekyewere, which, according to him is the oldest town between Apedwa and Nsawam but also the least developed among the towns on the stretch.
Nana Gyebi Ababio also promised his people to liaise with his elders to put all necessary measures to maintain discipline and raise the standard of education higher in their children.
Okonini Ababio, after pledging his allegiance to the people and kingmakers of Kyekyewere addressed the media and answered questions on the menace of land guards said it is an illegal occupation which, he will go to every length to uproot entirely from the community.
He thanked Osabarima Asiedu Okoh Ababio III Akuapeman  Benkumhene and Ohene of Latah.
He also thanked Ogyeabour Kumi Anobaa Sasraku ll, Sumankwahene of Larteh Akuapem, and the three kingmakers of the three Royal house of Larteh, ( Osiahene Lodi Dwirentwi, Osiahene Lodi Amoako Asiedu, and Osiahene Darko Akrofi).

The Member of Parliament for Ayensuano Constituency, Honorable Teddy Nana Addi, was there to grace the occasion.
