Greater Accra: To preserve lives, Kokrobite Health Center urgently needs laboratory equipment and infrastructure. 

Jerry Nunu, a physician assistant at the Kokrobite Health Center, has pleaded with the government to elevate the clinic to the level of a hospital to save lives and provide laboratory equipment. 

Jerry Nunu highlighted that although Kokrobite is a tourist destination, the health center there lacks the facilities and tools necessary to save lives and improve service delivery. 

Mr. Jerry Nunu said in an interview with a soireenews reporter that the facility needs laboratory equipment such as a hematological analyzer, a chemistry analyzer, and a standby generator.

When Rotary Club and Nananom of Kokrobite restored the death trap health center and nursing quarters for the medical staff, Dr. Jerry Nunu revealed this. 

Meanwhile, Nii Quashie Djabum Okreketeyue II has vowed to add infrastructure to the institution so that it can achieve hospital status but has asked the staff to take good care of it so that it lasts for a long time.
