An Educationist who doubles a the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Publisher for SUCCESSLINK PUBLICATIONS LTD, Saeed Adam Banda, has cautioned the Education Ministry against acting hastily in implementing new policies and programmes in the sector without proper consultations.

We make decisions today, change them tomorrow, and the issue becomes ding-dong affair because at each point the decisions are not objectively derived and so they lack legitimacy” he noted. 
“I will say that successful implementation of policies in the educational sector hinges on the adoption of efficient processes to pilot, validate, and stimulate availability of adequate resources in the development of the sector", he further stated this in an exclusive interview with Apiah-Kubi, on Fabea FM "Me man ho Dadwen" show.
He said, lack of policy documents to guard reforms in the educational sector provides no avenues for educationists and stakeholders to add their inputs and concerns.
The educationist bemoaned on politicization of educational policies, therefore added that the government need to strategies the concept of pursuing better education system for the country.
