Bono Regional Minister expresses gratitude to Chiefs and people of Bono
Honourable Justina Owusu Banahene

The Bono Regional Minister, Justina Owusu Banahene has expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the chiefs and people of the region for their support during her time of being the Municipal Chief Executive for the Sunyani Municipality that led to her new appointment as a minister for the region.

In a release written and signed on her behalf by her special aid, Mr Clement Bonsu, the New Bono Regional Minister thanked the Almighty God for showing his face upon her life and Nananom together with the entire Bono Region for accepting her appointment.

Below is the release

I humbly write on behalf of your humble servant, Hon Justina Owusu Banahene, the new Bono Regional Minister, to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude, first and foremost to Almighty GOD who made HIS face shine upon all of us and has brought us this far.

Awo is very grateful to HE Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana who spotted her from afar and appointed her among all the great sons and daughters of this Great Region to such a high office.

She believes, whatever she achieved both as a teacher and MCE for Sunyani was through the prayers and support of NANANOM, RELIGIOUS LEADERS (BOTH MOSLEMS AND CHRISTIANS) and the entire citizenry of this Noble Region and will FOREVER REMAIN GRATEFUL TO YOU ALL.

The names of all MEDIA HOUSES (BOTH PRINT AND ELECTRONIC) will FOREVER be written in GOLD in the heart of the New Regional Minister (AWO). But for your good works, whatever she achieved as MCE, like the Biblical light placed under a table, wouldn't have reached the outside world. The pieces of advice, information and constructive criticisms have been of immense help.

Awo humbly dedicates whatever GLORY that comes with her new appointment to all the people of this Great Region and pledges to serve you with all her heart and whatever amount of blood left in her.

Her door remains open, this time, even wider and continue to welcome ideas, suggestions, policies and programmes, and criticisms that will help build the Bono Region and mother Ghana at large.

Once again, Awo expresses her sincere thanks to you all, May the Almighty Allah bless us all and make our Region and Nation GREAT AND STRONG.

LONG LIVE BONO REGION

LONG LIVE GHANA
