According to a report by The Culture Joint, Black Sherif labeled the people responsible for song leaks "babylons" and punished them. He further charged that they were trying to stop him from developing musically.

A Kwaku The singer of the Traveller hit reportedly made the remarks immediately before his July 22 concert at the University of Ghana.

Some of the tunes I recorded three or two and a half years ago are currently being blasted by some babylons. Enjoy them if you hear them someplace. I never released it, though, if you don't see me tweeting," he remarked.

The singer of "Oh Paradise" revealed that he will be releasing additional songs for the entertainment of music fans in the upcoming weeks.

To the delight of the audience, who applauded him, he also sang "Bad Bitches," one of the songs that had been released.

Black Sherif's recent days haven't been great as rumors of his purported arrest at Kotoka International Airport (KIA) spread widely on social media.

According to a police source who spoke with Graphic Online, he was stopped on the evening of Wednesday, July 19, after Cruise People Limited (Your Cruise People) filed a fraud charge against him.

When Black Sherrif arrived in Accra, he was intercepted at the Kotoka International Airport and taken to the police headquarters, the source claimed.

He was apparently paid half of the fees for a performance on a cruise scheduled to begin on August 19, 2023, but he wasn't accessible for "promo" for the show.

The organizers have subsequently canceled the performance.
