Idris Elba in talks to open film studio in Tanzania
President Samia has started a number of changes in business, trade, and investment since taking office.

Following initial discussions with President Samia Suluhu Hassan, British actor Idris Elba intends to establish a film studio in Tanzania, according to a presidential aide.
On the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos earlier this month, the actor had a brief encounter with President Samia.
Idris Ebla and his wife Sabrina met with the president; they are eager to invest in a film studio in Tanzania. The studio will benefit not only Tanzania but also east and central Africa, according to Zuhura Yunus, director of presidential communications. The talks are still in the early stages.
