GFA Ordinary Congress Ongoing – Members To Elect Executive Council Members Today
There will be an election of the final member from the Regional Football Association
The 25 th Ordinary Congress of the Ghana Football Association to elect the final Executive Council Members is ongoing at Prampram.
With Eastern Region Linford Asamoah, elected from the Regional Football Association onto the Executive Council, the election of the second representative was postponed after 3 rounds of voting failed to separate the Upper Easts Salifu Zida and Central Regions Robert Duncan.
The elections is been re-run at the Ordinary Congress.

The agenda for the Ordinary Congress includes;
- Appointment of Independent Committees members for a four-year mandate as required by the GFA Statutes:
Ethics Committee
Disciplinary Committee
Appeals Committee
Elections Committee
- Election of the final member from the Regional Football Association (RFA) between Central regional RFA chairperson, Robert Duncan and the Upper East RFA chairman, Salifu Zida.
