Workers of Tain District Assembly cry over locked up salaries   

Cleaners at the Seikwa market have bear teeth at the Tain District Assembly over their locked-up salaries for months now.

According to one of the workers Madam Janet Mensah, after working for seven months without pay, their efforts to get the authority's attention to resolve their challenge has proven futile as their superiors are reluctant to listen to them.

This according to them has absolutely made life unbearable in these times of tribulations as they find it cumbersome to cater to their families.

Adding to their plights, Madam Janet told Soiree News the monthly salary of GHC90 is inadequate to solve their many demands therefore the Tain Assembly should increase it.
