Deputy Station Coordinator of Radio Ada, Noah Narh Dameh, who was on trial for allegedly publishing false news about businessman Daniel McKorley (McDan), has finally been laid to rest.

Noah Dameh who was the center of the attack when thugs stormed Radio Ada to brutalize staff, and clients, and vandalize studio equipment passed out at age 49 and was subsequently laid to rest.

The cause of his death is yet to be known, but according to close family sources, he had been struggling with poor health ever since he was released from police custody in April 2023. Over the weekend, he was buried in his hometown, Bornikope in Ada.

The Media for Foundation for West Africa (MFWA) described him as a journalist of the people. In a tribute, the Manager for the Freedom Expression Programme at the MFWA, Mr. Muheeb Saeed urged journalists to emulate Noah's resilience.

The 49-year-old was attacked by thugs at Radio Ada for exposing the details of Daniel Mckorley's ElectroChem Ghana Limited to the local people. But, that did not go down well with the attackers hence their brutal action.

The Assemblyman for Bornikope Electoral Area, Mr. Lawrence Katey Ngunekpeku believed that Noah has well lived his life. He explained that Noah Dameh was only reporting on what was true and what the public needed to know about the Songhor Lagoon.
