Suhum Newtown Basic School Headmistress Lauds Akufo-Addo

The Headmistress of Suhum Newtown Basic School, Madam Catherine Appiah, has lauded President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and his New Patriotic Party (NPP) government  for redeeming their promises to bring the needed development to Suhum municipality of the Eastern Region.

The headmistress made the commendation when speaking in an interview with journalist when Suhum Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Mrs. Margaret Darko Darkwa cut sod for three major projects in the municipality.

The projects include KG block with other facilities for Suhum Newtown basic school,three units classroom block for the people of Obretema and 20 seated WC toilet facility for the people Nankese.

The headmistress added, that they are happy for the KG block because where these kids study is very horrible and the kind of scent that these kids inhale is another thing because their classroom block is closer to a public toilet.
