THE BONO REGIONAL Youth Wing, under the leadership of the affable Bono Regional Youth Organizer, the honorable Rashid Ahmed (Commander Rooney), attended a health walk and a football gala organized by the Dormaa Central Youth Wing at Dormaa Aboabo in the Dormaa Central Constituency.
Commander Rooney, along with his supportive deputies Commander Nje and Commander Copson, made a generous donation of items and a substantial amount of money to support the program. Their contribution will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the success of the event.
During the gathering, Commander Rooney took the opportunity to address the teeming youth in attendance. He passionately spoke about the 24-hour economy proposed by the flag bearer and leader of the National Democratic Congress, John Mahama. Commander Rooney emphasized Mahama’s intention to create more job opportunities for the Ghanaian youth.
