HCC Students Acquire Insightful, Adventurous Experience In Design Thinking At its Impact Week
Following a successful conduct of HCC impact week, students have acquired problem-solving skills.

Among the many things that distinguish students at Heritage Christian College(HCC) from other universities in Ghana is the Impact Week Global Innovation Programme.
The Impact Week Innovation Programme is the brainchild of the University and is aimed at uniting people from across the globe and organizations to promote innovation and entrepreneurship skills in progression in developing and emerging e
economies.
This, according to the President, of Heritage Christian College(HCC), serves as the foundation for growth by establishing sustainable business models using what he termed "Design Thinking".
Speaking in an interview with the President, of Heritage Christian College, Dr. Twumasi-Ankrah, the impact week equips the next generation to be employable, to become inspiring leaders successful entrepreneurs, and game-changers.
As part of the grooming process at the impact week which was carefully designed to offer participants the opportunity to obtain skills, team spirit, innovative ideas, international exposure, and support to unearth their ideas, the students are expected to exhibit the same.
Just within three days, seven senior life coaches of the Impact Week Team successfully trained 25 local coaches who are faculty members of HCC in addition to 18 others from Lufthansa Group who in turn trained participants most of whom were students of the HCC.
Hosted on Entrepreneurship, Youth Empowerment, Female Employment, Sanitation, IT security, Agriculture, and Sustainability, the 2022 Impact Week serves as a unique platform for unearthing unique talents. Being the third in a row for its organization in Ghana, Heritage Christian College is super excited to play host to the coaches, staff members, the media, foreign dignitaries, and the student body. Heritage Christian College, a prestigious private University located at Amasaman within the Greater Accra Region is guided by core values of entrepreneurship, philanthropy, ethics, and global competence with its impact week which fosters innovation, entrepreneurship, and intercultural exchange through Design Thinking. " We are glad to be connected to this global movement to train the next generation of problem solvers and innovators.
