Singer Olamide: "I want God to call me into ministry"

The musician claims that pastors enjoy prosperous financial situations, and he will not object if God also leads him into pastoral ministry.

On Sunday afternoon, Olamide announced this on Twitter in the midst of what appeared to be a traffic gridlock in Lagos.

He wrote, “People too get money for Lagos!! Why is there traffic this Sunday morning? So many cars on the road. ???? Pastors de cash out shaa can’t lie. God, you fit call me too oh. I fit multitask.”

Social media users have now reacted to the message in an exciting way, with many of his supporters offering their opinions.

Several Nigerian Afrobeats music singers have had their careers launched in large part because to him. While contracted to Coded Tunes, he released his debut studio album Rapsodi in 2011. His second album, YBNL, was published under the label imprint "Yahoo Boy No Laptop," also known as YBNL Nation.

The singles "First of All," "Voice of the Street," "Stupid Love," and "Ilefo Illuminati" helped to promote the album. He released his third studio album, Baddest Guy Ever Liveth, on November 7, 2013.

"Durosoke" and "Yemi My Lover" are two of the album's hits.
