Oti Regional NDC Women's Organizer Embarks On Breast Cancer Advocacy With Call For exams

THE OTI REGIONAL Women's Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Madam Paulina Magyam, has called on women and girls to take advantage of breast screening exercises in the month of October to check for breast cancer.
October is marked globally as“Breast Cancer Awareness Month,” to increase attention and support for the awareness, early detection and treatment as well as palliative care of the disease.
Addressing constituents when she embarked on Breast Cancer education Oti Regional capital, Dambai, Madam Magyam advised all ladies to “Be sure to have your breast checked before the month ends.”
“When we check and detect early that there is a problem, then, it can be treated before it worsens so let us take advantage of the opportunity now,” she urged.
She told that women that it’s time to take “care of yourself,” urging them to get mammograms as part of a breast cancer awareness push.

On Tuesday October10, 2023,Madam Paulina Magyam ,Oti Regional Deputy women's Organizer, Sister Mary Dunyame, Madam Rita Wurapa, Krachi East Deputy women's Organizer, Bernice Dordoe and WOCOM Edna Pokuah led a five member health practitioners to embrace and embark on breast cancer awareness, breast cancer screening and also donated Free dewormer to the women in Oti Regional capital, Dambai.
Madam Paulina and the team went extremely high in the market square, where minimum groups were formed and interacted accordingly in the process.
In the package, the following items were Paramount and thus:Breast cancer awareness, Breast cancer screening, And dewormer donation.
According to Lady Paulina, the health of a woman is her concern and Paramount.
Her ambitious decisions towards the women in Oti Region is extra ordinary and beyond a reasonable doubt.
Her looking in the colours of National Democratic Congress NDC yesterday motivated the market women and the market women admiration were identified.

The hardworking Regional women's Organizer and her team were supported by some constituency executives for the accomplishment of the exercise.

Madam Paulina informed everyone that, her proud schedule health package program will not end at only Dambai market but, will extend it to all constituencies in Oti enclave if and only if the coming of Jesus did not happen now.
