Nkoranza South MCE Nominees Calls For Unity Among Party Folks

The Municipal Chief Executive nominee for Nkoranza South, Diana Ataa Kusiwa has called for unity among party members after the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development released names of nominated Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Chief Executives on Sunday, September 19, 2021.

Addressing the media after her nomination, she urged members of the ruling New Patriotic Party to embrace the reality and unite for victory in 2024.

According to her, breaking the eight is only achievable when there is unanimity hence the need to work towards retaining the New Patriotic Party in 2024 and beyond.

Dr Peter Osei Fosu, nominee for Nkronza North who was filled with ecstasy after his nomination said the recommended names should not be a bone of contention but rather ignite the elephant spirit for victory 2024.

He also pledged to continue from where his predecessor left off.

Meanwhile, former rector of Sunyani Polytechnic and former President to Anglican University of Science and Technology, Prof Akwasi Nsiah Gyabaah has commended President Nana Akufo Addo and urged party members to be calm and work with whoever was nominated for the progress of the various Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies.
