FORMER Member of Parliament for the Amasaman constituency and co-opted Greater Accra Executive of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Nii Okai Laryea, has outlined his plans in a ten bulleting points that he intends to accomplish when voted to lead the NDC as a news Parliamentary Candidate (PC) for Odododiodioo Constituency in the Greater Accra Region.
