The Dome Kwabenya New Patriotic Party (NPP) Executives Committee in the Greater Accra Region have unanimously resolved the need to endorse their Constituency Chairman, Mr Robert Osei Bonsu who is currently eyeing for the position as Municipal Chief Executive Officer for Ga East Municipal Assembly.

Speaking in an interview with Soireenews, the spokesperson for the committee, Mr Kofi Yesu noted that this whole endorsement from the Executive Body is a unique call to the grassroots signifying the readiness to support Mr Bonsu to fully discharge his potential abilities embedded in him.

According to him, their endorsement of Mr Bonsu is a stronger indication that the Executive Body is one and as such, they need to support their own to manage this municipal and the end beneficiary being the grassroots in general.

"We have come a long way as a party in this Constituency to steer our own affairs with a representation from within. We have observed critically the need for our own to represent us to revitalize, re-energize and the ultimate goal in breaking the “8 years” political canker.

"We call on all to rally strongly behind Chairman Bonsu for this ultimate appointment for all to benefit," he said.

He assured all that, with a cleaner heart we would as a matter of urgency sustain Chairman Bonsu to deliver to the good people of Ga East when given the nod.

"Better days await us as a United Family. Let us all come together as one and fight for one of our own.

"All the constituency executives including grassroots have therefore appealed for the appointment of a Game changer, Chairman Bonsu as the new Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for GA East Municipality," he stressed.
