Honorable Lucy Acheampong, the Tain District Chief Executive (DCE), has pledged to work tirelessly to see that projects started during President Akufo Addo's tenure, as well as those initiated by other government agencies, are completed on schedule.

The DCE self-help initiative for the development of Tain District was organized by the DCE at a media engagement in Nsawkaw during the three-year strategic plan policy.

She invited the chiefs and people of Tain District to support the assembly by contributing monies to help enhance the area during the program.

According to her, Tain is one of the poorest districts in the country, with most of its roads in poor condition, a lack of housing for nurses and teachers, and poor schools, among other things.

The honorable stressed that while the government cannot do everything, other stakeholders can help the assembly raise funds.
