Lady Murdered for rejecting Marriage Proposal
The suspect has been arrested and currently in custody for investigation.

A young man of 35 years of age in Kpalbe, a suburb of the Sawla District of the Savannah Region has allegedly killed his cousin, Janet Ansaaku for turning down his marriage proposal.
In a statement, the Savannah Regional Police Public Relations Officer, Inspector Adjekum Owusu said the suspect, Kpeyiri Neiba murdered the cousin in the bush at Uro-Mekaa near Kpalbe.
According to him, a visit by the police to the crime scene found the deceased lying in a prone position with a deep cut on the head in a pool of blood.
He revealed that the decease was clad in a black skirt with a white top.
"The suspect was arrested and currently in custody for investigation," he said.
He noted that the suspect during interrogation confessed to the crime stating that the deceased failed to marry him.
The body of the deceased after an autopsy at the Sawla District hospital has been released to the bereaved family for burial, Inspector Adjekum noted.
