Glaziers Demostrate  In Kumasi Over High  Price Of Their Materials  Collapsing Their Business 
Information reaching Soireenews.com indicates that members of the Ashanti Regional Association of Professional Glaziers have staged a massive demonstration to register their displeasure over the high prices of materials which is currently collapsing their business.

The glaziers are tradesmen responsible for cutting, installing, and removing glass.
According to them, prices of their materials are virtually increase every week, saying that stated that several complaints have been made by the association to the state authorities over their plights but has not yielded any positive results, hence their decision to stage demonstration against the government.

Speaking in an interview with Soireenews.com, the President of the association, Mr Alex Sacky noted that they want the whole world to know that things are not well in "our fraternity, the rapid increment is collapsing our business."
Currently, a “Blue reflective glass” that was sold at Four hundred and eighty ghana
cedis (GHS480) in January this year is selling at eight hundred and sixty ghana cedis
(GHS860) due to that our businesses are collapsing .
He stated that the state institutions which are to champion the interest of the ordinary Ghanaian have rather over taxed and forced these poor glaziers to work under very hash working conditions.

Mr, Sackey called on government, H.E president Nana Akufo Addo to their aid, and work hard to reduce the high exchange rates in the country.
