The arrest occurred after he was engaged in an accident with the vehicle he was driving, which resulted in the terrible death of a three-year-old boy.

The prosecution indicated that they have submitted the case docket to the Attorney General's Office and are now awaiting their response.

Nana Bonsu Kyeretwie, LilWin's attorney, stressed the importance of the upcoming advise in selecting their next measures.

"The prosecution must prove its case for us to have a case to answer before we can dispel any doubt that the police have created in this situation, but for the time being, we cannot say anything.

We are merely waiting for the Attorney General's advice in accordance with his mandate," Kyeretwie told Citinewsroom. As a result, the court has delayed the case until July 29, 2024, awaiting additional developments.
