Former Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo missed training on Monday morning with Juventus and instead visited the Ferrari factory in Maranello with Andrea Agnelli and John Elkann.

It comes a day after the defeat to AC Milan in Serie A. Ronaldo skipped training and treated himself to a new Ferrari instead after visiting the factory in Maranello with Juventus chief Agnelli and his cousin and business partner Elkann.

The Portuguese star was set to undergo a recovery session at the club's world-class facilities at Continassa with his teammates. However, the 36-year-old had the day off instead following a morale-crushing defeat to AC Milan on Sunday night.

The La Vecchia Signora are in serious trouble of qualifying for the Champions League next season after a disastrous campaign, and that fear only amplified after a 3-0 loss to Milan, with goals from Brahim Diaz, Ante Rebic and Fikayo Tomori in Turin that leaves the Old Ladies fifth in the Italian Serie A.

Whether the La Fidanzata d'Italia lands a spot in the top four or not, Ronaldo is said to be contemplating a transfer away despite his contract expiring in 2022, but if the Black and Whites end up playing in the Europa League next year, the chances of the five-time Ballon d'Or winner will hang around for long are slim.

The report also states that the former Real Madrid star treated himself to one of the famous Italian cars.

Maranello is widely known for its history tied to Ferrari, where its F1 team Scuderia Ferrari is also home.
