In a hilarious "Saturday Night Live" skit, rappers Drake and Kendrick Lamar's most recent batch of "diss tracks" are being connected by Dua Lipa.

During the weekend, Lipa made her hosting debut and fully engaged in the "beef" by portraying Wanda Weems, a local culture critic, in a spoof on "Good Morning Greenville."

"Y'all, these diss tracks are getting insane," Lipa remarked as she emerged behind a wall-mounted map featuring images of Drake and Lamar linked by red yarn.

In a funny statement, Lipa claimed to have discovered a significant “clue” in Kendrick Lamar's song “Euphoria” while trying to explain the real-life conflict to cast members Heidi Gardner and Mikey Day, who portrayed the morning show's ignorant anchors.

She stated, as though it were a major revelation, "Drake is from Toronto, which is why Kendrick describes him as Canadian." (It's true that the rapper is from Toronto.) In the song "Push Ups," which Drake released last month, "he questioned Kendrick's manhood, saying he wears a size seven shoe," the speaker continued.

The image drew inspiration from the two artists' recent "diss" tracks, which were rekindled by Kendrick Lamar's critical remarks about J. Cole and Drake in his verse on Future and Metro Boomin's song "Like That." Since then, Drake and Kendrick Lamar have exchanged barbs on a few more songs.

They weren't constantly at loggerheads. In 2011, Lamar appeared on Drake's song "Buried Alive Interlude," and the two then worked together on Lamar's "Poetic Justice" in 2012.

When Kendrick Lamar initially attacked Drake and several other rappers on Big Sean's 2013 song "Control," it marked the beginning of the long-running feud.

Over the weekend, Lipa did double duty on "SNL," hosting the show in addition to being a musical guest. This week's show will be hosted by Maya Rudolph and include music from Vampire Weekend. On NBC, "SNL" airs at 11:30 p.m. EDT/8:30 p.m. PDT.
