Cocobod is in a serious mess - Eric Opoku
The Member of Parliament for Asunafo South, Honourable Eric Opoku shades New Patriotic Party on cocoa issues recently.

Ranking Member on Food, Agriculture and Cocoa Affairs, Eric Opoku has argued that the Cocoa sector under the NPP government is messed up.
His comments come on the back of a statement made by a Member of Parliament for Offinso South, Isaac Yaw Opoku that the performance of the Ghana Cocoa Board under President Akufo-Addo is unprecedented and needs to be commended.
"Reacting to this statement, a member of Parliament for Asunafo South, Eric Opoku in a counter-argument called on the NPP not to ask for commendation since the Ghana cocoa board is in a serious mess, especially financial mismanagement," he stressed.
Meanwhile, the Minority in Parliament has clashed with the Majority over Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia's lecture delivered at the Ashesi University.
The statement touted the government's achievement in the drive towards digitalization and plans for the near future.
