We love political parties more than Ghana, says Kofi Kinaata

Ghanaians' love of their political parties overrides their concern for the country's welfare, as noted singer Kofi Kinaata has said with genuine concern.

We love political parties more than Ghana, says Kofi Kinaata

He stated that many find it difficult to discuss contemporary issues because they are afraid of being attacked and mistakenly associated with political parties.

The Susuka hitmaker claimed in a recent interview that many people are silent about problems they believe exist in the nation.

Politicians in this nation have been talking sweetheart to us for years, yet nothing changes or occurs.

I've given up on myself.Furthermore, because of the folks who are making things tough, we are unable to address concerns because someone believes they support party A, therefore everything you say contradicts that party A so don’t say.

"Even in death, he will continue to support party B since he is a party member. Everything is in disarray because people usually care more about their party than the nation," he remarked.

Despite being approached by several politicians, including members of Movement for Change, Kofi Kinaata also disclosed that he had no plans to enter politics.

He also emphasized how hard it is for him to speak out about the "dumsor" that has engulfed the nation, despite his role as an ambassador for "See Something, Say Something."
