A man believed to be in his 31 years has been stripped naked, killed and dumped in stagnant water at Gomoa Fetteh Kakraba in the Gomoa East District in the Central Region.
The Suspected thief was found lying lifeless on Thursday morning around 6:ooam when people were passing.
The man was suspected to have been killed elsewhere and dumped.
The man who was known to the people of Gomoa Fetteh Kakraba as a mason was suspected to have been killed by a mob for stealing.
A voter's identification card of the Suspect was found beside him bearing the name of Richard Oppong.
Some of the residents in the area said the man is a mason who also allegedly doubles as a thief according to some of the victims rob at night.
Some of the residents also pointed at the deceased once robbed her at his house and run away.
The residents said People usually steal them, especially at night when returning from work.

It took several hours before the police came around and convey the body to the Gomoa Dominase mortuary.
No arrest has been made so far and the Police at Gomoa Dominase have started with an investigation into the matter.
