The Acting Executive Director for Center for Plant Medicine Research (CPMR), Dr. Kofi Bobie Barima has implored Ghanaians to support the government in embracing the consequences that will emerge after fighting gay, lesbianism, transgender, ( LGBTQI), and other acts that seem immoral in the country.

He said the act though immoral but has dire consequences on the financial sector of the country when abolished; hence the need for Ghanaians to be aware of it just not to apportion blame on the government after abolishing it in the country.

According to the Community Psychologist, most foreign institutions and associations that support the country financially are the master minders behind the agenda of legalizing it in the country; therefore rejecting it will have a serious impact on the nation’s economy.

He added that, regardless of whatever consequences it might bring upon the economy of the country, Ghanaians should not succumb to it as it is highly immoral and should never be accepted in the country.

He urged that despite the immoral acts of those people, society should not recognize them as enemies but rather use an amicable approach to change them from such attitude.

He also urged every Ghanaian to observe the COVID-19 protocols so as to save oneself and the entire country as well.
