NDC Built more Nursing Training Colleges In Ahafo - Mahama
The former president revealed that he constructed educational facilities ranging from dormitories, classroom blocks and administration blocks in almost every Public Senior High School in the region.
Former President John Dramani Mahama has stated that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) government has established more nursing training colleges in the Ahafo region.
Former President Mahama made these Known at Goaso when he met Ahafo Regional House of Chiefs on his "thank-you tour." According to Mr Mahama (NDC) Government has established Five in the region.
The following Health Training Institutions were established in the region- Ntotroso Nursing Training School, Yamfo College of Health, Dadiesoaba Nursing Training School, Kwapong Nursing Training School and Goaso Midwifery School.
"As part of efforts to bring healthcare to the doorstep of the people of the Ahafo region, the NDC Government constructed, equipped and operationalized polyclinics at Techimantia, John Mahama said.
He made known that CHPS Compounds and Hospitals were also constructed across the region and it also benefitted from modern health equipment that were installed in public hospitals.
Mr Mahama added that over seven hundred (106) communities in the region were added to the national grid.
