Some commercial drivers in the Sunyani Municipality of the Bono region have expressed their displeasure over hikes in the price of gas.

Their concern comes after some oil marketing companies adjust gas prices upward at the pumps ( 6.60 per liter) following the implementation of some taxes and levies introduce by the NPP government.

Speaking to our Bono Regional correspondent Mark Asante, the drivers said, they spent all they earned on fuel with nothing to cater for their families.

According to them, "things are not going well, the gas prices up yet we are not getting a lot of passengers."

They, therefore, urged the government to intervene and find a solution to the continuous surge in the price of gas.
