Authorities in South Africa are searching for a tiger that belonged to a private owner and escaped from a property in Walkerville, south of Johannesburg.

On Saturday night, the fence was broken, allowing the female tiger to escape, according to local media.

It allegedly attacked a person. Additionally, it mauled and killed two dogs.

For their personal safety and the welfare of the tiger, animal care authorities have advised against approaching it.
