The list for the 2021 Top 50 Young CEOs in Ghana has been announced by Avance Media and theyceo.com but Shatta Wale has been left out.

In what seems like a reaction to the many controversies that have surrounded the dancehall artiste, he has not made the cut as Sarkodie and Stonebwoy can be found on the list respectively.

Shatta Wale reportedly ordered his boys to attack construction workers when denied passage through a road that was being constructed yesterday.

Although he has denied the accusations, the suspicions still remain as he was seen in the video with his "Nima thugs" mobbing the workers.

The list features 50 young Ghanaians chosen among Ghana’s brightest entrepreneurs and business leaders from diverse fields pursuing the common interest of making Ghana a prosperous nation.

“creating this ranking has been a fulfilling venture because we’ve not just announced a list but we are able to inspire other young entrepreneurs with the stories of their peers, young people, with a lot of resilience creating businesses and making sure they survive no matter the challenges”. The MD of Avance Media stated during the announcement.

In the list, young females such as Jumia CEO, Diana Owusu-Kyereko, Uber Ghana CEO, Jessica Poku, Ceek VR CEO, Mary Spio, Actress Naa Ashorkor Mensah Doku, Deloris Frimpong Manso (Delay), and siblings Boatemaa Barfour-Awuah and Kakra Duffuor-Nyarko of Star Assurance and Star Life respectively.

Other celebrities include Jay Foley, D-Black, Joe Mettle and Bright Yaw Hodzor (Celebrity Painter).
