Sene West District Municipal Assembly distributes motorbikes to assembly members
Sene West District Assembly distribute 29 motorbikes to Assemblymembers to aid movement in deplorable communities.

The Sene West District Assembly in the Bono East Region has distributed 29 motorbikes to Assemblymembers in the Municipality in their discharge of duty.
At a short ceremony to hand over the bikes to the Hounourablemembers, Assistant Director at the Sene West District Assembly, Mr Raffick Wunpuni noted that some communities within the Assembly cannot be reached by vehicles, hence the urgent need of the motorbikes to help the easy movement by Assembly Members to those communities to interact with the people and discuss developmental issues.
He advised the members to regularly maintain the bike so that it can last longer and called on them to ensure safe riding to prevent accidents.
The Presiding Member of the Sene West District Assembly, Hon Thompson Adu Kwabena receiving the Motorbikes on behalf of the Assembly Members commended the Municipal Chief Executive and the government for the gesture.
He urged the Assembly members to exhibit maintenance culture to prolong the lifespan of the machine.
The Assembly members on their part thanked the government for supplying them with the motorbikes.
