Santa Maria and its adjoining communities in the Ga Central, Ga North, and Weija-Gbawe Municipalities have been flooded, and floodwaters have washed away many valuable properties belonging to residents, companies, shools and churches.
Major Roads and Routes to Avoid N1 Highway: Multiple sections are submerged, causing major traffic halts.

Other Affected LocalitiesMallam, Achimota, Apenkwa toward Tesano, Spintex, Kaneshie, and Darkuman Junction are severely affected.
Dzorwulu (from the pig farm to the Achimota Forest) is flooded and causing heavy congestion.
The GNAT Road bridge and the Astro Turf bridge connecting to Fertilizer Road are both flooded. Alajo is heavily flooded.
