Samira Bawumia revealed that books help to learn about the world you haven't traveled to before and society you don't know about but with books, you can reach there through reading.

The Second Lady of the Republic of Ghana Hajia Samira  Bawumia has charged pupils of Kasoa to study hard to achieve their talents in the future.

Samira Bawumia revealed that books help to learn about the world you haven't traveled to before and society you don't know about but with books, you can reach there through reading.

She also entreated the teachers to make good use of the books and create library time for the children to improve their reading skills.

In an interview, Samira Bawumia urged the pupils to learn seriously and it doesn't matter their location, since books are the windows of the world, reading can help you reach the other parts of the world.

Hajia Samira Bawumia, disclosed this when she handed over books called "Library in the Box" to  St Peter's Anglican A and B Basic School in  Kasoa Opeikuma, St Francis Basic School, Icodec Basic School, and many more in the area to improve their literal skills.

At the ceremony the Central Regional Minister, Marigold Assan also appealed to the children to desist from watching too much television and the use of mobile phones but to concentrate on their academic work to achieve their aims in life.

Furthermore, Minister for Fisheries who doubles as the MP for Awutu Senya East Constituency, Mavis Hawa Koomson also commended the Second Lady Samira Bawumia for coming to the aid of Kasoa Opeikuma school children with the books and believes will help the children in their education.
