This competition which started on the 19th November, 2023 with preliminary/qualifying stage saw teams from same ward competing for a slot in the champion of champions

THE NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate (PC) for Mpraeso Constituency in the Eastern Region, Mr Muhayadeen Adam Kaleem in collaboration with the youth wing of the party on December 30 2023 hosted champion of champions of the inter football competition for six wards in the constituency with the venue being the
Kwahu Amartey.
This competition which started on the 19th November, 2023 with preliminary/qualifying stage saw teams from same ward competing for a slot in the champion of champions.
Eventually, six team qualified from their various wards, the eventual winners of the tournament because Nketepa All Stars
In attendance were, the Deputy General Secretary, Comrade Mustapha Ghande, the Eastern Regional Secretary, *Comrade Baba Jamal Koneh, the Eastern Regional Organizer, Comrade Hackman Seidu Kabore, the Eastern Regional Deputy Youth Organizer, Comrade Fohad Agbenyadzi* with his friend, "Amount Wura", the Nkawkaw Constituency Organizer, Comrades Adofo Hercules.
Others were, Comrades Kwasi Asante Agyei, who is a constituency executive member, and the backbone of the constituency.
The Assembly Members for those wards, their party executives and the constituency executives.
The occasion was also supported from afar by the National Chairman of the Youth Working Committee, Mr Emmanuel Okine Minta and comrade Nat Tetteh, a Deputy Regional Youth Org.
The entire executives Mpraeso constituency leadership is grateful to everyone who made the occasion a successful one.
Speaking in an interview with journalists, Mr Muhayadeen Adam Kaleem stated that the purpose for organising such a competition for them was first of all to identify the God hidden talented footballers within the Constituency.
Secondly, to bring togetherness among the youth within the Constituency
Lastly, to make the Christmas festivity joyous for them.
The Parliamentary Candidate also took the opportunity to preach the word of peace to the youth as we are approaching the elections year, and also told them to take the current hardship, corruptions, nepotism and tribalism within the the Akuffo Addo/Bawumia government as a yardstick to vote massively for John Dramani Mahama and himself, for better Ghana come 7th December, 2024.
