President Akufo-Addo begins two-day working visit to Ahafo Region

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will undertake a two-day working visit to the Ahafo Region today.

The President is expected to begin the visit on Thursday, August 12, and would be paying courtesy calls on the President and members of the Yamfo, Duayaw Nkwanta and Kenyasi 1&2  Traditional Councils respectively.

According to a programme outline made available to the Soireenews by Mr Alfred Aseidu, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP’s) Regional Director of Communications on Tuesday in Goaso, he would Commission Brosankro Small Town water project in Tano South District and also inspect work on the Administration Block at Presby midwifery training School at Tano North District.

 President will Proceed to Kenyasi in Asutifi North District where he will pay a Courtesy call on Omanhene of Kenyasi No 1&2Traditional Councils.

He would inspect the progress of work on the construction of the ultra-modern Sports Complex Constructed by the mineral Commission at Kenyasi1 in Asutifi North District.

On Friday, August 13, the President would inspect works on a dormitory at Hwidiem Senior High School in Asutifi South District
 
He would pay a courtesy call on the President and members of the Hwidiem Traditional Council

 President would proceed to Goaso pay Courtesy call on President and Members of Goaso Traditional Council and thereafter inspect work on the construction of Ahafo RCC office complex in Asunafo North.

President will end his two-day working visit to the Region at Kukuom in Asunafo South District where he would inspect Asunafo South District Assembly Office Complex and Contribution of Nobekaw-Sankore Road

In a related development, President Akuffo Addo is currently on a working your in the Bono Region where he is expected to end by the close of Wednesday, August 11, and proceed to the  Ahafo Region.
