Poor Road Network, Buni Assembly Member Cries for Support 

The Assemblyman for Buni Electoral Area in the Jaman North District, Honourable Charles Bediako Okyere has shared concerns over the deplorable state of road networks in the area specifically the Buni to Goka stretch.

Honourable Charles Bediako Okyere in an interview with SoireeNews said the situation has become unbearable for the people, asking for urgent action from authorities to avoid calamity.

According to him, the bad roads are impeding economic activities in the communities.

He explained that the fortunes of the people who are predominately farmers have been affected as they find it very difficult to transport their produce to the market centre, a situation he said compelled the residents to embark on communal labour to touch on some parts of the road to ease the burden on commuters.

Even that Honourable Charles Bediako Okyere said is a temporal one and may fade out as the rains set in.

He is therefore appealing for urgent measures to be taken to improve the situation.
