The Shai Osudoku District Police Command of the Ghana Police Service have begun thorough investigations into the circumstance which has caused the gruesome murder of a 20-year-old girl in Doryumu-Abeka in the Shai Osudoku District.

The police have since conveyed the body to the morgue before starting investigations on the matter to bring perpetrators to book. 

 It was reported that the residents of Doryumu-Abeka in the Shai Osudoku District of the Greater Accra Region, are living in a state of shock, over the gruesome murder of a 20-year-old girl in the community.

The residents woke by a single cry for help on Monday, January 11, 2021 evening, only to find the Juliette Obu in a pool of blood gruesomely murdered.

Some residents say they last saw the young lady who was a bar attendant in the company with a young man suspected to be her boyfriend, some few minutes before she was found dead in a pool of blood.

The said young man is however yet to be found and identified.

The residents who are yet to come to terms with the heinous crime are wondering what could have triggered the murder of the young girl, which many describe as lively and friendly in the community.

Others suspect the lady’s tragic death could be the result of a troubled relationship.
