The General Overseer of Ossa Madi Church headquartered in Central Region, Bishop Charles Ankomah, has advised christians to focus on their jobs and stop praying all day.
According to man of God, most christians are poor because they have spent most of their precious times in the church to pray.
Bishop Charles Ankomah said praying all times in the church is laziness so christians should stop that habits since they ended making the owners of the churches rich.
The man of God said, he is not against prayers but there is time for everything.
Bishop Ankomah stated that prayers can never change this economic hardship the country is facing, so whilst we pray, we should also make sure that we will work.
"I am saying that the government to ensure that it advises the owners of the churches to stop the habits of allowing people to come to their churches in the working or productive hours to pray too much and later turn to complain of economic challenges.
'The owners of the churches were allowing these worshippers to use their facilities for their prayers because when they come they would pay offerings to the founders and Presidents of the churches, which situation makes the owners of the churches to become rich persons. So it a high time for the central government to ensure that these habits must be stopped now," Bishop stressed.
