The Obuasi Divisional Police Command has rounded up 14 alleged sex workers, mostly foreigners, during a dawn operation at Adansi Asokwa in the Ashanti Region.
The operation took the police to the Adansi Red Drinking Spot in Asokwa where foreigners hid to indulge in commercial sex work.
The exercise was based on intelligence to arrest the commercial sex workers and the operator of the Asansi Red Drinking Spot Mr. Agyeman Badu over illicit activities going at the drinking spot.
