According to him, the actions and inaction of the Functional Executive Committee of the NDC to unlawful disqualify him had amounted to discrimination, saying that he has not breached mandatory four-year membership requirement as being claimed by FEC of the party.

DISQUALIFIED Parliamentary hopeful for Odododiodio Constituency in the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of the Greater Accra Region, Mr Michael Nii Yarboi Anna is boiling with anger at the national and regional leaderships of the NDC, accusing them of being the brain behind of what he terms as his unlawful disqualication from contesting the party’s parliamentary primary in the constituency.

He punched holes into the findings made by the special committee established by the Functional Executive Committee (FEC) of the party which has warranted the disqualification of him.
The visibly intensed Michael Nii Yarboi Anna in a video in the interaction with  his supporters and sympathisers including some delegates of the NDC blasted the Functional Executive Committee of the NDC for being biased in its findings and recommendations..
According to him, the actions and inaction of the Functional Executive Committee of the NDC to unlawful disqualify him had amounted to discrimination, saying that he has not breached mandatory four-year membership requirement as being claimed by FEC of the party.
Mr Michael Nii Yarboi stated that the NDC as a political was formed out of truth and not lies, saying that "we the people of Odododiodio are calling for me to lead us to victory in the 2024 general elections."

He stressed that those who want to sell the seat of the Odododiodio constituency to the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), you must tell that they would fail."
"I am using this opportunity to state that those
who want to sell the Odododiodio constituency parliamentary seat to the NPP, tell them that they would would fail, yesterday  was the first signal, we would do everything within the constitution of the NDC to make sure that l have been restored back into the NDC. And l would remain the number on the ballot box and we will win the incoming election. 

"We would not let it go, we would fight for the truth, because the people of Odododiodio constituency know the truth. You delegates of the NDC in Odododiodio constituency know  the truth. It is you that l have  been with for all these years, therefore you know the truth of ongoing matter.
"Tuesday we are moving even l am not with whatsoever you want to do let the law allow you to do it. Let us not attack anybody, let us not destroy anybody because we are the right of the truth. We will not be afraid of evil. 
This time around,  it is the people of Odododiodio constituency whoo would decide. Nobody would decide. Nobody from  national and regional levels of the NDC would decide. It is the people of Odiodiodo who would have to decide.
