NDC Policy Think-Tank Meets With Leadership Of AGI To Discuss John Mahama’s 24- Hour Economy Policy Proposal
The deliberations focused on John Mahama’s 24-hour economy policy proposal as an anchor for his overarching vision to transform Ghana into an export-led economy through agriculture modernization and mechanization for increased production; value addition through the promotion of agro-processing and manufacturing; and incentivizing the private sector, particularly indigenous companies to take the commanding heights of the Ghanaian economy.

THE LAB, a Policy Think-Tank of the National Democratic Congress has met with the leadership of the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) on Saturday November 26, 2023 to discuss industry challenges confronting the group, share with them the party’s vision for the country and to seek the group’s perspectives and inputs into same.
The deliberations focused on John Mahama’s 24-hour economy policy proposal as an anchor for his overarching vision to transform Ghana into an export-led economy through agriculture modernization and mechanization for increased production; value addition through the promotion of agro-processing and manufacturing; and incentivizing the private sector, particularly indigenous companies to take the commanding heights of the Ghanaian economy.
